Business Development Team Leader

The Business Development Team Leader is responsible for developing and performance managing a team of Business Development Officers to achieve the Bank's sales goals and that drive growth in the volume and depth of profitable relationships. The Business Development team will be represent a broad range of banking products and services which may including but not limited to depository, credit, treasury management, payment acceptance, wealth management and payroll.

The Business Development team will provide products based on direct sales and referrals to strategic business partners with the longer term objective of driving business to Community and Commercial Banking Team members for longer term relationship development and servicing. Significant focus on fostering referral networks within target markets and delivering an exceptional customer experience to end clients

REQUIREMENTS:

BA in Business Administration and 5 years in a business development position or combined equivalent experience. Working knowledge of treasury management products and services offer by commercial banks. Leadership skills.

  • Salary starting at $7,000/month.
