Mortgage Default Specialist/Payment Processor

Looking for experienced individual to perform collection and default activity and payment processing.

• High school diploma or equivalent; and two years mortgage collection/default experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related.
• FHA and FNMA default and foreclosure procedure experience required.
• Must successfully pass credit and criminal background investigation.
