How It Works

Each day you write checks, you transmit an electronic file to the bank. Information collected includes the account number, check number, and dollar amount, which is stored in our system.

Any time a check is presented for payment against your account, the information is cross-checked to make sure all the information is a perfect match with the previously authorized checks you have submitted. If they match, payment is made. If they do not, payment is held and you are notified.
