A second generation mortgage banker and Seattle native, Carese began her career in the mortgage business at the age of 17 under the tutelage of her father, a 35 year veteran of the trade. She has been providing trusted lending advice to her clients ever since, and loves helping people realize the thrill of achieving the American dream. Carese deeply understands the culture and values of the Pacific Northwest, and believes in taking the time to truly get to know her clients. She is committed to giving back to her community, and actively volunteers to support local charity and community groups in her spare time.
- Carese's proudest professional moment:
"One of my favorite stories is the story of a mom and dad who wanted to sell the family home (that they had lived in for 20 plus years) to their son and daughter in law, who were starting a family of their own. And to make matters more difficult, they had already found their dream retirement home, which had multiple offers on it. They had originally applied with an out of state mortgage company, a company on the East Coast, and challenges had come up because that mortgage company was not familiar with the various details of lending in Washington State. Needless to say, by the time I got involved, there was a major time crunch. The mom called me at 9 PM on a stormy, snowy Seattle night, very stressed out, and I met her the next morning for coffee. We got all her paperwork put together, and we closed that loan in 10 days! This is one of the reasons that I love my job so much – helping people and families on their path to their home ownership dreams, no matter what it takes."
