Angela Lowe
SVP, People & Corporate Operations
Angela Lowe is SVP, People & Corporate Operations. She joined the Bank in 2023 and is responsible for leading the People Operations, Marketing and Communications, and Corporate Services teams. Angela has 20 years of experience in the financial industry and 15 years of experience in People Operations. Prior to joining the Bank, she held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at a local credit union, and she serves on the Board of Express Credit Union, a Community Development Financial Institution. Angela graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Washington and earned her Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
