Stan Baty
Mr. Baty joined the Board of Directors of the Bank in March 2021 and joined the Board of the Company upon its formation in 2022. Stan Baty is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Columbia Pacific Advisors, Columbia Pacific Wealth Management, and Vice President of Columbia Pacific Management, Inc. Previously, Stan was a financial analyst for Nomura Securities Corporation. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Emeritus Corporation from 2004 until its merger with Brookdale Senior Living, Inc. in 2014. Stan sits on the Board of Directors for Glenholme Care Group UK, Simply Fun, Winemakers Investment Properties, and Zin Boats. Mr. Baty holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington.
