Paula Perry is the Vice President of Client Experience at Seattle Bank. Paula joined the bank in April 2023 and leads the Client Service team in providing exceptional service for our clients and Relationship Managers. She has over 10 years of banking experience, responsible for performing inspections and monitoring daily branch activities to ensure the highest level of quality customer experience. Prior to joining Seattle Bank, Paula held various positions at Wells Fargo, most recently as Business Execution Consultant. Paula earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology and an associate degree in business from the University of the Pacific. Paula also volunteers with the AARP fraud watch network providing support and guidance to victims of fraud across the country.
