Doug Weber is Senior Vice President, Market Leader of Commercial and Private Banking at Seattle Bank. Doug joined the Bank in 2024 and leads its Private, Specialty Mortgage and Commercial Banking teams to surface high-value business opportunities as well as cultivate long lasting relationships with our valued clients and their trusted advisors. He has over 20 years of banking experience in the Pacific Northwest, previously serving as Team Leader of Commercial Banking at Umpqua Bank. Doug earned his Bachelor's degree at Western Washington University.
